Pilates for everyone: In this mat class, we specifically strengthen the core muscles and improve our posture through controlled, mindful movements. The focus is on breathing, spinal alignment and stability. The exercises target the most important muscle groups and breath control, spinal alignment and stability.

Please bring a yoga mat or a towel.
