In this class, we rediscover our bodies with curiosity and imagination and explore unfamiliar movements. Gentle improvisation exercises with breath, weight and perception help us to initiate movement from every part of our body. We concentrate on what is fun and surprising – and playfully create a little choreography from this. Let's surprise ourselves!
