In this class, we focus on the senses as a starting point for improvisation and movement. We enhance our connection to our environment by tuning in to sensations, our perception and go into a cathartic expression of our experience. Using somatic propositions and playful physical prompts, we will alternate between attuning to the concrete and venturing into the imaginary. Together, we give ourselves a trip!
