In this class we are going to stimulate and articulate our bodies through different sensations, textures and play with imagination. We will use humour and story-telling as tools to open new movement possibilities while inviting our dance to be inspired by the music, the surroundings and other bodies. We will work with improvisation and explore our own movement possibilities. Everybody is welcome!
