We will begin the class with a cardio warm-up to get the blood flowing, followed by several movement sequences, bringing awareness to our alignment and posture developing our coordination. Using imagery as a tool, we will playfully improvise to continue exploring connections in the body, as well as different dynamics and movement qualities.
