In this class, we want to listen deeply into our body and go to the level of our bones. By recognising and releasing (unnecessary) tensions in our muscles, gravity can work freely and organically through our skeletal system. We follow the inner landscapes of our body and discover more lightness and freedom in movement, as well as grounding, centring and wholeness. Somatic imagery and immersive associations with nature help us to enter into a mindfully connected dance flow.
