This class will begin with continuous soft-moving to warm up. It aims to stimulate the body and mind through different exercises that incorporate breath, rhythm and coordination. We explore the bodily relationship with gravity, cultivate a sense of listening, engage with imagination, discover the pleasure within movement. In the end, we will celebrate our unique system of moving bodies into a shared experience of creating together a living presence.
