Tai Ki Kung
Rotraud introduces Tai Ki Kung / San Feng, a less known, unique style of Tai Chi from South China. We focus on all of our joints, work with breathing, balance and the principle of rootedness. This practice helps us to recognise and change old patterns of movement and posture, deepen inner freedom and to develop our creative potential.
