The focus lies on the presence, moving through all levels (floor, standing and jumps) as well as on the relationship between the bodies and the space. New emotional stimuli are created through learning from everyone in the room. Practical exercises of improvisation and instant composition facilitate an energetic approach to traditional Mozambican dance.
