Mani is not only the singer of the Austrian band Sofa Surfers but has been practising Hatha Yoga for almost two decades now. He will lead through a series of exercises and some simpler Asanas (= resting postures in Yoga), which have been the basis of preparing his body for the daily physical demands of being a dancer.
Mani also teaches a Tap Dance workshop
