Playful Bodies (Bollywood)
This workshop combines games and Bollywood dance. We deal with the complex footwork, mudras (hand gestures) and some groovy elements from traditional Indian dances, which are packed into sportive games. The aim is to share Indian culture as well as the joy and energy of Bollywood dance.
