How do we dance and sing the “new normal”? How close can we be at a distance? Through exercises from Neotantra, folk dance, social dance and mindfulness meditation, we celebrate the regained freedom and free ourselves from remaining tensions. Always with the necessary mindfulness towards our sovereignty and personal limits.
