In this class we want to pay more attention to some of the qualities of ballet that are sometimes neglected. Our focus will be on the individual way of playing with the movement material and letting it flow into our own bodies. We will explore the different textures in the body and work with unconventional rhythms and sounds to discover our own ways of expression.
