Tai Ki Kung / San Feng is a lesser known, unique Tai Chi style from South China. This practice originates from the tradition of Master Chang San Feng and was brought to Europe by Dr. Ming Wong. The starting point is the father form. It consists of the ‘nine small heavens‘, which focus on the joints as energetic centres in the body, and the ‘nine palaces‘, which work with breathing, balance and rooting. The practice connects mind and body whilst the clear movements of the form allow you to find freedom in it, to constantly actualise yourself in it and to practice presence.
