We tune ourselves to our inner and outer environment through gentle guided movements of our attention and physical bodies. Experience what it might mean to be more centred in your experience, more grounded in your body and more present to the unfolding of time. The practice is offered as a resource to develop resilience in these uncertain times. The aim is simply to leave the classes feeling better than when you arrived.
We will work both in standing and lying on the ground, so please bring a mat and, if it's not warm, a blanket!
