Frédéric created the movement practice Technosmatics more than ten years ago and has been teaching it in a variety of contexts ever since. Usually practised in darkness, Technosmatics is open to anyone who feels like dancing to techno music and combines somatics (especially Body Mind Centering®) with techno club/rave dance cultures. In doing so, it honours the healing potential of dance.
