Anna invites to a two-part dance routine: an invigorating cardio section followed by a ‘focus & release’ cool down. The overall aim of the class is to develop a strong kinaesthetic consciousness combined with an active build-up of stamina. The class is easy to follow and balances the physical exertion with mindfulness. In this training you are invited to feel the blood rushing through your veins, to feel the wind on your face and to take a soothing journey into your own body.
