Ticket purchase:

There must always be a free space between the seats of different buyers/visitor groups - this is automatically ensured by the system when tickets are purchased. A maximum of four customers who belong to a visitor group may sit next to each other. If more than 4 tickets are needed, please book in two order steps one after the other.

The name of the buyer or the visitors indicated by the buyer will be printed on the tickets – in the case of a Corona Cluster it must be possible for the ticket buyer to disclose who attended the performance on the purchased seats at the request of the health authorities (according to § 5 Abs. 3 Epidemiegesetz und § 10 Abs. 2 DSG (legal basis article 6 DSGVO Abs. 1 lit. d and accordingly Art. 9 Abs. 2 lit. i DSGVO)) or, if possible, this data will be completely recorded at the time of purchase. Further information on data protection at ImPulsTanz can be found here

Please bring an ID card to the performance. We will check randomly whether the name printed on the ticket matches the name of the visitor. If you have booked reduced tickets, please also bring the ID required for the reduction (e.g. student ID). Due to the personalization of the tickets, it is not possible to pass on tickets. Until further notice, standing room is not offered. Changes to the COVID rules of conduct/measures do not entitle the cancellation of purchased tickets.

At the event:

Performances at the Odeon Theater:

Please wear a MNS mask during your whole stay at the Odeon and bring it with you. Only during the performance at your assigned seat, the MNS mask can be temporarily removed. Following the request of many customers, we also kindly ask you to wear the MNS mask on your seat during the entire performance if possible. We strongly recommend this, but above all you protect yourself and everyone else - thank you very much!  A face visor may only be used in combination with a mouth-and-nose protection or with a medical certificate instead of the mask.

As part of COVID-19 prevention, the bar is unfortunately temporarily closed before and after the performances at Odeon. Admission to the auditorium will be 20 minutes prior to the beginning of the performance. Please be on site in time for cloakroom and ticket control, unfortunately there is no admission for latecomers.

When entering the Odeon we ask you to disinfect your hands with the provided disinfectant.
Please always keep a distance of at least 1 meter, if possible better 1.5 meter, to other people.
Please follow the general hygiene recommendations (keep your distance, wash your hands regularly, desinfect your hands, do not shake hands, do not touch your eyes, nose and mouth, sneeze or cough in the crook of your arm or in a handkerchief which you dispose of immediately).

If COVID-19 symptoms are present, or you fear to be ill, do not enter the venue.
Symptoms can be: Cough, fever, sniffles, disturbance of the sense of smell and/or taste, pneumonia, sore throat, headache and aching limbs, loss of appetite, abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea, conjunctivitis, skin rash, swelling of lymph nodes, apathy.

Please ensure that the minimum distance is observed, especially when entering and leaving the auditorium, and please leave/enter the auditorium slowly, punctually and calmly. Please plan enough time and do not arrive just before the performance begins.

The seat may not be changed. Free seats serve to maintain the safety distance.
There are no breaks during the performances. When leaving the theater, we ask visitors sitting in the outer seats to leave the rows first, only then visitors sitting in the middle may leave.

Unfortunately it is not possible to attend the performance if you arrive late on-site.
Glasses, overcoats, umbrellas, photo & video cameras, weapons of any kind, larger bags and backpacks may not be taken into the auditorium without exception and must be left at the checkroom, which is subject to charge, before the performance.

Any liability of ImPulsTanz and Culturall in connection with the rules of conduct and safety measures is excluded.

 After the event:

Should you be tested positive for COVID-19 shortly after the event or become a suspected case, please contact the telephone health consultation 1450 immediately. The health authority will decide on the further procedure and will request ImPulsTanz to provide the relevant contact data of the attendees if necessary. Spectators who were present at the event in question will then be informed or contacted by the health authorities if necessary.
