Last Wednesday, 13th March 2019, the ImPulsBringer – Friends of the ImPulsTanz Festival invited to an exclusive tour through the exhibition "VIENNA 1900 – Birth of Modernism" at the Leopold Museum. Quite a unique occasion as it was two days before the official opening and the director and curator himself, Hans-Peter Wipplinger, personally gave our circle of friends insights into the highlights of the exhibition that occupies three floors of the museum. The exhibition is marked by the rise of the Secessionists to the downfall of the monarchy and the death of outstanding Viennese modern artists such as Gustav Klimt, Egon Schiele, Koloman Moser or Otto Wagner in 1918.
