"Not to Know" The two Canadian choreographers’new improvisation project, created in collaboration with stage designer Nadia Lauro, light designer Jean Jauvin and some of the most interesting improvisers in contemporary dance, and successfully premiered in Montréal some months ago, focusses on the feeling of not-knowing, on surprises about to happen any time. Stag heads, subcutaneous fatty layers and rugby gear are put to action, the atmosphere is full of strange sounds, and the audience may either saunter right through the performance or watch it while sitting in the grass.
