After his album premiere Sculptures in Vienna’s Volkstheater at ImPulsTanz 2017, artist, performer, singer and musician Ivo Dimchev presented an entirely new concert format with audience participation in the frame of the mumok exhibition Double Lives. Visual Artists Making Music in 2018: “I like the idea of a selfie-concert in which people are constantly making selfies with me while I’m singing”. The result was so convincing that Dimchev brings his sublime musical happening in the age of infinite imagery now to the Leopold Museum. Foreground is background, and harmonic abundance is guaranteed!
