David Zambrano Invites…

You know them all, those talk shows. Arnold Schwarzenegger at Jay Leno’s, Nadja Auermann sings with Stefan Raab. A witty, entertaining structure with star factor. Here comes David Zambrano, an interviewer all amusing and sensitive. “I talk with my guests about their work, their career, about what mattered to them, what they really accomplished.” Stories of course can be told, but beside the stories, there is also the “now” of this conversational situation in the theatre – the momentary state on stage. An all natural the language of words is complemented by the language of the body. David continues his interview – dancing. “I simply improvise with them to music. It is great to keep one’s child spirit alive throughout one’s life.”
Finally the line-up of the stars – the guests in David’s talk show – would be of interest, somehow. But sorry – David keeps them secret. To give you an impression: so far he welcomed the likes of Meg Stuart, Sasha Waltz, Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker, Simone Forti and Mark Tompkings among others.
