Krõõt Juurak (born in 1981 in Tallinn, Estonia) is an artist, performer, stand-up comedian and (tango) dancer. They studied choreography at ArteZ and Fine Arts at the Sandberg Institute, Amsterdam. Recent exhibitions and performances include School at the Tanzquartier Wien, the Baltic Triennial 14, Vilnius; You’re So Busy at Shedhalle, Zürich; Thinking Like an Octopus at Wilhelm-Hack-Museum, Ludwigshafen; Art for Animals: A Perspective Change Opelvillen Stiftung, Rüsselsheim; Cohabitation Silent Green, Berlin i.e. Juurak lives and works in Vienna. Since 2022 they work with Vera Rosner in the project Yellow Mellow which aims to bring inclusion to public schools in Vienna and have been teaching regularly at ImPulsTanz Festival.
