PROGRAMME
Peter Stamer works as a director, performer, curator, author, and mentor in the field of contemporary performing and installation arts. In his numerous projects, he is interested in the tension between body empowerment and language appropriation in performative, social and narrative dispositifs. In addition to theatre works and teaching activities throughout Europe, his performance and theatre projects have taken him to China, Egypt, the USA, Canada, and Mexico in recent years. He has repeatedly worked with toxic dreams since 2012, most recently in 2024 for Waiting for the Barbarians.
