Mathias Posch is a passionate dancer and performer. He is part of the mixed-abled dance group Kompanie Flitz since 2018 where he collected his first teaching experience as part of the class routine. The founders of Kompanie Flitz Sonja Pfennigbauer and Viviane Tanzmeister invited him to assist at some projects with their association for artistic and cultural education called Umami. In 2023 he took part in the Dance Ability Teacher Certification with Alito Alessi and is now working as a dance assist in a mixed-abled dance group for teenagers called MAD.
