PROGRAMME
Elisabeth Pieper completed her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Music and Dance Education at the Orff Institute in Salzburg. During her studies, she began teaching the mixed-abled dance group Kompanie Flitz and took part in several performance projects. In 2023, she completed the Holistic Dance Teacher Training with Sabine Parzer and earned her DanceAbility Teacher Certification under Alito Alessi. Since then, she has been working as a freelance dance educator. Together with Anna Friedhofen and Mathias Posch, she leads the mixed-abled youth dance group MAD, which has performed at various events in Salzburg – including the inclusive ball Night to Shine, the Festival of Diversity, and International World Down Syndrome Day. She has also worked as a dance educator with the inclusive dance company Ich bin O.K. in Vienna and in collaboration with the mixed-abled dance company Szene 2wei in Lahr. Since October 2025, she has been pursuing a Master’s degree in Dance Mediation in Cologne.
