Elisabeth Pieper graduated her bachelor Elementary music and dance pedagogy at Orff-Institute, Salzburg with focus on dance. During her studies she started to teach the mixed-abled dance group Kompanie Flitz and took part in several performance projects. In 2023 she finished her Holisitc dance teacher training with Sabine Parzer and the DanceAbility teacher certification with Alito Alessi. Now she is working as a freelance dance teacher and leading the mixed-abled dance group for teenagers called MAD with Anna Friedhofen and Mathias Posch, which has already performed at several events in Salzburg – including the inclusive Night to Shine ball, the Festival of Diversity and the International World Downs Syndrome Day.
