PROGRAMME
Vito Vidovič Bintchende was born in Ljubljana, Slovenia, in 1994. He completed his studies in contemporary and classical dance at the Music and Arts Private University of the City of Vienna (MUK) in 2018. He then continued his training and obtained a Master of Arts at the London Contemporary Dance School in 2021, where he was part of the EDGE Dance Company in the 2019/20 season. He has been working as a freelance dancer in Vienna since 2014 and has taught in several Viennese dance studios during this time. Even during his training, he worked with choreographers such as Alleyne Dance, Igor x Moreno, Regina van Berkel and Maša Kagao Knez. He has been associated with the Viennese company Tauschfühlung since 2017 and has been a guest at the Burgtheater Vienna and the Salzburg Festival. From 2022 to 2024 he was a member of the National Dance Company Wales in Cardiff, where he performed in pieces by Marcos Morau, Caroline Finn and Mathew Robinson. He currently lives in Vienna and works as a freelancer on various projects throughout Europe, including as part of Bodø Culture 2024.
