Andrea Nagl works as a freelance dancer, dance teacher and choreographer as well as a cranio sacral practitioner. As a dancer, she has worked with numerous companies (including Editta Braun, Elio Gervasi, Tanz*Hotel/Bert Gstettner, Elisabeth Orlowsky). She also has long-standing collaborations with media artist Markus Wintersberger and composer Karlheinz Essl. Andrea's artistic research focuses intensively on geological and geological processes, for which she explores ways of embodiment based on scientific research. In 2024, she received a working grant from the City of Vienna. She is directing the 1-year dance intensive DANCEmotion | body-mind-heart.
