Clément Mames

BIOGRAPHY

Clément Mames is a dancer and teacher with multiple influences. He started with HipHop and Breakdance with Fever (Bordeaux) and Stéphane Nzogue Obiang in 2007. Then he entered the Angoulême Conservatory where he trained in ballet with Patrick Sarrazin (dancer with Maurice Béjart).

In 2013 he moved to Paris to develop his artistic practice with the choreographers Raza Hammadi and Ahmed Hammadi. Clément is a solo dancer for the Ballet Jazz Art. He regularly tours through France and internationally as part of multiple cultural events (International Contemporary Dance Festival in Algeria, Mediterranean Games 2022 in Oran, Dance Festival in Budapest, ImPulsTanz in Vienna). He performs for other artists such as Claudio Capeo (via con me/penso a te) or Lenni Kim and Lou in Miraculous.

Clément is Raza Hammadi's assistant. He assists him in class and for his choreographic work such as paprika in Budapest, which was directed by Bela Foldi and After the fourth wave an inversedance production. He participates in many workshops and teaches in France and abroad (Slovakia, Italy, Algeria, Hungary, Belgium). His artistic language is a mixture of all the energies developed during these encounters. His dance is a mix of styles that combines both fluidity and rhythm.
