Ariel Uziga is Dancer, Artist, Father and a certified Feldenkrais teacher working with somatic movement, improvisation, and poetics in action. He trained in improvisation and dance with Eugenia Estevez, David Zambrano, Miguel Ángel Gaspar, Julyen Hamilton, Sonja Browne, Vera Mantero, Vivi Iasparra, Adam Benjamin, and Samantha van Wissen. He is currently engaged in creative training with Segni Mossi (Yellow + Pink, 2023).
Based in Vienna, he works independently as a performer, creator, and teacher, offering improvisation and dance classes in dialogue with the Feldenkrais Method. He collaborates with various institutions, festivals, and social and cultural projects in Vienna, including ImPulsTanz, SpaceLab WUK, Kind in Motion, Danse Brute, Tanz die Toleranz, Expanded Garden, Caritas, Dschungel Wien, Semmelweisklinik, ToZomia, Fluc, Rote Nasen, and DANCEmotion.
He is currently creating Volverte a Ver for the inclusive dance ensemble Danse Brute and teaches in the project Gemeinsam im Takt for Tanz die Toleranz. He also brings his dance practice Trick Track Trulala / Trazos en la danza to Viennese schools and offers workshops across Europe and South America, fostering exchange and dialogue through poetics in action.
