Conny Aitzetmueller is a multidisciplinary artist who works in international stage and TV productions around the world. Drawing from her background in rhythmic gymnastics, contemporary dance, commercial styles and theatre, she provides a huge repertory of dance styles, refined understanding of movement and anatomy and knows how to make it easily accessible to students of all levels. She is known for her musicality, choreographic expertise and for being energetic and precise. Her classes are meant to be challenging, but relaxed and fun.
Her stage and theatre credits are versatile and far-reaching including working in international productions from concert to musical to opera, with artists like Placido Domingo, Ricky Martin, The Pussycat Dolls, David Hasselhoff and many more. She started off as a singer and dancer in musical theatre shows like Cabaret, Rocky Horror Picture Show, Evita, Musical Rocks! and operas like Turandot, Rigoletto, Luisa Fernanda and many more. She has choreographed for/and appeared (in) numerous music video and film productions for MTV, VIVA, GoTV, RTÉ, RTL, SAT1, ORF and TV Shows like Austria's Got Talent, Got to Dance Germany, Battle Of The Choirs and Eurovision Song Contest. As a professional pole performer and aerialist, she was a finalist at Pole Theatre Paris 2014 and 2016. She worked as a choreographer for Poletheatre UK as well as as a coach and judge for international competitions.
Conny is the founder and creative director of CAve25 studios in Vienna and leading the educational pole and dance programs. She studied Dance Pedagogy at the MUK University in Vienna, MA in Music and Dance Pedagogy at Mozarteum University Salzburg and commercial dance at Broadway Dance Center NYC. Her curiosity and versatility as a dance teacher is flourished by a will to expand and connect knowledge. She is driven to integrate her experience as a professional performing artist as well es her expertise as a Pilates Professional Coach, Personal Trainer, certified Yoga teacher (RYT200) and certified CVT Complete Vocal Coach into her teaching. She has been on faculty for university sports and is touring with workshops. She has been teaching Masterclasses at ImPulsTanz Vienna International Dance Festival since 2014.
