BIOGRAPHY

Conny Aitzetmueller is a multidisciplinary artist working in international stage and television productions worldwide. With a background in Rhythmic Gymnastics, Contemporary Dance, Commercial Styles, and theatre, she brings an extensive repertoire of dance styles, a refined understanding of movement and anatomy, and a unique ability to make these accessible to students of all levels. She is renowned for her musicality, choreographic expertise, and her energetic yet precise approach. Her classes are designed to be challenging, yet relaxed and enjoyable.

Her stage and theatre credits are wide-ranging and diverse, encompassing international productions from concerts to musicals and operas. She has worked with artists such as Plácido Domingo, Ricky Martin, The Pussycat Dolls, David Hasselhoff, and many more. She began her career as a singer and dancer in musical theatre productions such as Cabaret, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Evita, Musical Rocks!, and operas including Turandot, Rigoletto, Luisa Fernanda, among others. In addition to her stage work, she is active as a singer-songwriter, using this medium to further explore musical storytelling in her own compositions and artistic collaborations.

She has choreographed for and performed in numerous music video and film productions for MTV, VIVA, GoTV, RTÉ, RTL, SAT.1, ORF, and in TV shows such as Austria's Got Talent, Got to Dance Germany, Battle of the Choirs, and the Eurovision Song Contest. Currently, she also works as a Musical Advisor, Creative Director, and Artistic Production Manager for theatre, film, and photo productions, as well as a choreographer and director for immersive performance projects and a movement director for interdisciplinary works in photography, film, and drama.

As a professional pole performer, she was a finalist at Pole Theatre Paris in 2014 and 2016. She has worked as a choreographer for Pole Theatre UK and as a coach and judge at international competitions. Her pole work is marked by a distinctive fusion of dance technique, athleticism, and artistic expression. She is also active in the field of aerial arts – particularly vertical dance and flying harness – further extending her artistic language into the realm of contemporary circus.

Conny is the founder and creative director of CAve25 Studios in Vienna, where she leads the educational pole and dance programmes. She studied Dance Pedagogy at MUK University Vienna, holds a Master’s degree in Music and Dance Pedagogy from Mozarteum University Salzburg, trained in Commercial Dance at Broadway Dance Center in New York City, and is a certified CVT Complete Vocal Coach (Copenhagen). Her curiosity and versatility as a dance educator are driven by a passion for expanding and connecting knowledge.

She is committed to integrating her experience as a professional performing artist with her expertise as a dance educator, as well as her qualifications as a certified Pilates Professional Coach and Yoga Teacher (RYT200). She has taught at university sports programmes and has been touring internationally with workshops for many years. Since 2014, she has been teaching Masterclasses at ImPulsTanz – Vienna International Dance Festival.
