Ballet for kids 6-9 years-olds

In this workshop we will playfully but thouroughly learn the basics of Classical Ballet. Exercises suitable fort he age of the kids will be fun, will strengthen and stretch the muscles and will help to avoid postural damages, which often are origininating from the long hours at school. The we will start to learn basic Stepps and positions of the Classical Dance. A joyful improvisation will call for creativity and with the help of images and stories we will create our first little Ballet piece.

Good Vibrations 12 – 15 years-olds

The main focus of this workshop ist he joy of dance ,staging yourself and the working together as a dance team! A Warm-Up at the beginning will overthrow the borders between contemporary dance and the ,ore familiar genre of music video dance and musicals. Thus we will get to a more energising mix, which will be fun and which will awake our creativity, and still strenthen and stretch our bodies.
In the second part of the workshop we will work on a collaborative choreography. I will choose a topic, we will gather our stories and ideas and then we will compose a little dance piece by using given material and improvising with it.
What is important to me is the indivuality and creativity of each participant contributing to the group and and thus create a lively and imaginative atmosphere. Everyone will feel as part of the creative work. At the end of the workshop we will present the created dance piece. Parents and friends are welcome!
