Kreation Kollektiv
How to make a Piece in 2 Days

It is obvious, that in places where people gather to reflect and work physically, the attention is turned on the principle of the collective intelligence. A dance festival is such a place. What is it that a group of people can bring out of itself, while an indivdual could not? The Theater im Bahnhof has many of such work processes, which they call "Kreation Kollektiv“ and uses them to face extreme challenges from outside, such as time, space and demands of financial nature.
The root concept: What comes into existence, when the whole group tells the story? Which functions, games and specialities arise from it? How can a performance be developped and organised, which is worth showing?

Society can be seen as a multi-cellular organism, with indivduals in the role of cells.
