The 4 most important steps to get your online Workshop booking & payment done

1. Shopping Cart
By using the „To book“ Button on the Workshops/Teachers detailed description site you can order Workshops and put them in your Shopping Cart.
After finalizing your Workshop selection, klick the „Complete booking“ button to recheck your chosen Workshops and complete it .

In order to book Workshops, it is obligatory to have your own online account.
If you don‘t have an account yet, you can create a new account.
If you have forgotten your password, with this item you can require your password.

2. At least you have to pay the Registration Fee of € 30.- in order to book a Workshop.
You can also pay the total Workshop Fee online, via bank transfer or personally at our Workshop Office.

3. Don‘t forget to pay attention that we have differnt price categories and according to this also different Workshop fees (Normal, Professional, GoldenAge, Youth, Children, IPT-Club).
If you have any questions about the price categories, please do not hesitate to contact our Workshop Office.

4. Send your Photo and afterwards Pick-up your Workshop Pass

The workshops of the Department "Dance for People with/without disabilities are free of charge, except for the registration fee. Registration for these workshops is subject to an equal balance between participants with and without disabilities.


Booking and Payment

• The Workshop booking will be considered only upon receipt of at least the Registration Fee of € 30.- and is binding.
It commits you to pay the full Workshop Fee (latest one hour before the first Workshop starts).
You can also pay the total Workshop Fee online, via bank transfer or personally at our Workshop Office.

• As soon as we receive your Registration Fee (or Total Workshop Fee), we will book the Workshops you reserved. After that you will receive a confirmation email.

• Should we, however, receive registrations for Workshops that are already booked out, we will offer you alternatives and refund the entire amount, should the alternative not appeal to you.

• Online Booking & Payment
You can book and pay all Workshops online.

Last day for the online payment is 1 day before the beginning of your Workshop.

Important:
Last day for the payment through bank transfer is 10 days before the beginning of your (first) Workshop.
If you pay after this term and we do not receive your payment till the beginning of your first Workshop you have to pay the Workshop Fee in our Workshop Office as a deposit (which will be refunded to you as soon as we receive your bank transfer payment)

Example:
Week1 (20 July) - the deadline is 10 July
Int1 (25 July) - the deadline is 15 July
Week2 (27 July) - the deadline is 17 July
Week3 (3 August) - the deadline is 24 July
Int2 (8 August) - the deadline is 29 July
Week 4 (10 August) - the deadline is 31 July

• Booking by letter or fax
Please send a letter to our Festival Office: ImPulsTanz - Museumstraße 5/21 - 1070 Wien - Austria or fax your booking to: +43-1-523 16 839.
State clearly your name, address, phone number, the teacher´s name(s), Workshop title, Workshop phase/date and level.

• Personal Booking & Payment at our Workshop Office
At our Workshop Office you can get advice and book Workshops.
In the Workshop Office you can pay cash, with credit card (Visa, MasterCard or DinersClub) or maestro-bankcard.

Important:
• Reservations via email are not possible!

• At the latest you have to pay your Workshop Fee, when you pick up your Workshop Pass.

• For discounted Workshop Fees we ask you kindly to bring material showing your professional status or age.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations from your side can only be accepted up to 7 days before the workshop starts, if you cancel later the workshop fee can not be refunded. The registration fee will not be refunded in any case, respectively will be demanded as a cancellation fee.
With the payment of the registration fee we reserve your chosen workshops, this is then binding and commits you to the payment of the full workshop fee, even if you can not participate in the workshop!
Refunds are at the discretion of the management and are only granted in well-founded cases.


Workshop Pass and Photo
To shorten the queue time when you pick up your Workshop Pass we ask you kindly to send us a "digital portrait" (portrait formated as JPG / JEPG or GIF with a minimum size of 200 x 150 pixels) via e-mail - thank you.

As soon as you receive a payment confirmaton from the Workshop Office and have sent a photo you can pick up the Workshop Pass in the Workshop Office, also before the opening day!
The Workshop Pass functions as your ticket, therefor we kindly ask you to bring it along to class and show it in case of a control - thank you.

Example 1
You book a workshop in Week1 and one in Intensive1. You pay:
Registration Fee EUR 30,-
1. Workshop Fee: EUR 140,-
2. Workshop Fee: EUR 120,-
Total Fee: EUR 290.-

Example 2
You book two workshops in Week1 (one of the two is a workshop for people with/without disabilities) and two workshops in Week2 (one is an extra long class). You pay:
Registration Fee EUR 30,-
1. Workshop Fee: EUR 140,-
2. Workshop Fee: EUR 0,-(Workshop for people with/without disabilities)
3. Workshop Fee: EUR 120,-
4. Workshop Fee:: EUR 135,- (extra long class)
Total Fee: EUR 425.-

Reduced Fees for Young Professional Dancers
These reduced fees are granted to full time engaged/free lance (contemporary, hiphop, modern, jazz, classical) dancers, choreographers and dance students attending an internationally acknowledged full time dance school (in the last two years of a 4 year program and the last year of a three year program). This reduction is a subsidy, to support the decidedly professional ambitions of young dancers on their path to an artistic stage career. To be accepted for this subsidy we ask you to bring material that documents clearly your full time involvement in dance (engagement contracts, certificates etc.) that is not older than two years. Please present these documents when you pick up your Workshop Pass at the Workshop Office.
The registration based on professional fees is unbinding. If a participant is not accepted as professional dancer, s/he can participate paying the regular fees or will be refunded the (professional) fee.

EUR 105,- for each further workshop you book

Exceptions because of extra long workshops:
EUR 140,- for your first workshop
EUR 120,- for each further workshop you book


Example
You book three workshop in Week1 (one of the two is a workshop for people with/without disabilities) and two workshops in Week2 (one is an extra long class). You pay:
Registration Fee: EUR 30,-

Kids Workshops are EUR 50,- for each Workshop.

If parents participate in the workshops as well, there is no registration fee for the kid.
