New Style
The class is devided in 3 parts. In the warm-up we will work on basic steps of HipHop and Old School Style (Hype) to get ready and prepare ourselves for the next part. This second part consists of isolations, some Boogaloo moves which are important for HipHop New Style. We will learn certain techniques for the arms which will remind you of Tetris.
At the end of the class we will work on a routine based on the techniques we have tried out before and adapt it to the music. If you would like to, I might show you how to use the steps and the variations we learn for Freestyle as well. You will leave after this week with some solid knowledge of New Style HipHop.
