Posing is a project about the cultural pattern of communication. The pose is a communication medium and expression of an attitude which transports complex meanings in a social context. The Posing Project consists of different projects which are all in context to each other and visualized in different stage settings. The basic idea deals with the art of innovative profiling and its direct influence on the recipient. The main focus is about impressive stereotypes which are advertising to seduce. In this kind of environment not the pose by itself but the method of posing is of critical importance.

Imaginary projections of wishes and hope on other people, that include the sensuality in a relationship as well as the game of physical attraction and the physical act, has been a source and motivation for many great artistic creations. This work is concerned with speech melody and intonation, posture and the actions of people and/or their images._The main aesthetic element of this investigation is the acoustic exhibition of a hybrid social/erotic sphere. Impressive individuals that compulsively search for physical communication in a situation that constantly becomes more and more uncanny are in the centre of this investigation. .
