An excellent dancer, Ingrid Reisetbauer has collaborated with Willi Dorner, Christine Gaigg and Milli Bitterli and is now presenting “DRÄNGEN” , her first and rather impressive choreography. This intensive solo piece identifies the body in its function as a map for individual memories and sends it on a search for clues. Along which lines does the border between one’s personal and a collective history run? A bizarre yet subtle story rendered in gestures unfolds and heads straight toward madness. There are memories like blisters on a “pressed” body that becomes a dancing body.
