Josef Nadj & CCN Orléans
A painter and a sculptor who took their lives. An artist who went to Rome to destroy a piece of art with his hammer. A poet who wrote: „God, I know, you never saved anyone/ Yet I fear for me you will make an exception.“ And a choreographer, Josef Nadj, who summons himself and these four to form the solo „diary of an unknown“. Boxes, sheds, little houses and false bottoms: environments, in which Nadj created such famous works as „Canard Pékinois“, „Comedia tempio“ or „Les Commentaires d’Habacuc“. Now, after fifteen years of creative work, there is his eagerly awaited one man performance, a witches’ dance underneath the mystical light of a laterna magica, a shadow play feast in a night full of eerie memories.
