Marjory‘s dance education took place in the streets of New York. Her unique style and her Haitian roots are the base for the groove that makes her class so enjoyable. She blends a mix of styles which also includes House moves. Her humour and patience results in classes full of fun for younger students.



Marjory Smarth
The Haitian Marjory Smarth performed in plays and dance shows throughout elementary and high school. Marjory’s love for HipHop music led her to go to street jams. In her late-teens she really discovered the diversity of not only the rhythms available, but also the ways to express, move, and dance to all of them. Dancing in a video for Diana Ross was the starting point for an international career cooperating with many artists since then, participating in many videos, many stage performances, a few movies, teaching many classes. With three documentaries under her belt Marjory continues to be a dance force to be reckoned with.
