Feldenkrais-Methode
distinguish between meaningful doing and superfluous struggling

"There are moments in life and on stage when everything is perfect. All the details such as awareness, power, balance, timing, rhythm, emotion, thought and sensation appear in the right proportions. Our action is easy, effective and attractive for ourselves and for the people watching us - magic moments. The Feldenkrais Method offers a good environment for learning to create these moments consciously.
Small and effortless movements stimulate our ability to learn and expand our self-perception. You investigate how you organise your movement and how you may optimise it through small changes. You learn to distinguish between meaningful doing and exhausting struggling.
The increasing improvement of your self-awareness enables you to trace your own habits and to act more unrestrictedly.“
