"Installation: I hear voices"

A delightful science fiction landscape made of furry hills is a chill-out area and a performance venue all in one. From 18 July, in the project space of Kunsthalle Wien, it is available to dancers, musicians and the audience alike. It is a collaboration between Nadia Lauro, the renowned design artist – who has worked with Jennifer Lacey, Vera Mantero and Barbara Kraus – and choreographer Latifa Laâbissi. Together they have designed a cosy place for rest called “I hear voices”, which is home to adventure: as, for example, in the opening performance comprising 30 local and international artists, which will be prepared in an improvisation workshop. “I hear voices” is part of a series of performance installations, which were already shown in Paris, Seoul and Brussels.

At this year's ImPulsTanz festival artists such as Barbara Kraus, Moravia Naranjo, Frans Poelstra & Robert Stein as well as Ibrahim Quraishi will present their performance in the frame of this installation.
