At our workshop office we give you a personal advice, if you have any question regarding the workshops. Here you can reserve and book them and pay cash, by EC/maestro card or by credit card. Please come to pick up your workshop pass before the festival begins, something we particularly ask those, who live in Vienna and it helps us to avoid large crowds on the opening day of the workshops.


Workshop Location
Most of the workshops will take place at the Arsenal, as well as some research projects.
All children dance workshops will take place in Dschungel Wien.

Talks
You can get an insight of what contemporary dance is busy with and what affects choreographers and dancers nowadays. Renowned artists of the ImPulsTanz Festival talk in an intimate setting about what was, what is and what will come in the field of contemporary dance. Free entrance!

In 2007, the Talks will be hosted by Jonathan Burrows (artistic mentor of danceWEB07).

Jams
One of the numerous committed teachers invites you every week to dance with her/him. Please find more Information at the Info-Points at the Arsenal.

Showings
At the end of several workshops participants would like to invite you to a final showing.
Please follow and enjoy their new acquired knowledge of dance enthusiasts. More Information at the Info-Points at the Arsenal.

Bikes
You want to be independant of the public transport system? Rent a bike!
At the Arsenal we are offering a huge amount of ImPulsTanz bicycles to rent for everybody for maximum 5 Euros per day!

Guarded Wardrobe
With your workshop pass you can use the guarded wardrobe at Arsenal free of charge.

Day Care at the Arsenal
Workshop participants with children from 12 month of age have the possibility to give their kid(s) in day care. Our skilled staff will be at your disposal during the entire time of the workshop festival.

We kindly ask you to register your child at the workshop office in time, ideally together with your application, at the very latest one day beforehand. Costs are EUR 3,50 per hour for one child, EUR 2,- for the second child, there is no extra charge for a third child.

Cafeteria & Lounge
The Arsenal is a place where people meet other people. Its hotspot is the cafeteria with healthy & unhealthy food, a sun terrace and as of 2007 also with an indoor lounge for the rainy days. Everybody is welcome!

Free Internet Access
Computers are located in the hall of the main building of the Arsenal containing the Workshop Office. Additionally, there is wireless lan service available in the main meeting areas.

Dance Film Video Library

Feat. choreographies for the camera, documentations and stage recordings.
All those interested in dance films are free to access the approx. 300 videos available at the IMZ video library, containing all awarded and nominated productions of DANCE SCREEN since 1992.
