Basic Pilates
moved well looks better
Pilates excercises with the aim to improve your movement quality and performance. That feels good and increases your joy of life. Clear excercises for coordination make it possible to raise naturally, get taller, look slender and more attractive. Pilates creates a dynamic muscular corset that protects the body like an armament, looks like a bodice, and increases the emotional and sexual potential. Training and activating the deep muscles of the pelvis and the pelvic floor supports the activity of the stomach and the intestines. The excercises stimulate the metabolism in general and the metabolism of oxygen, the lymph drainage and the production of certain hormones responsible for making you feel happy.
