"Elucidation"

Loïc Touzé encountered Luciano Berio’s interpretations 7b and 9b through saxophonist Claude Delangle and experienced a sudden ‘Élucidation’. In a light pink suit Touzé stands by the musician. In fragile, often broken-off attempts that stretch from boxing to disco, Touzé braces himself against the temptation to simply comment the sounds. With the poker face of a professional taxi-dancer he skilfully avoids the compulsions of the music.
