Feldenkrais Method
distinguish between meaningful doing and superfluous struggling
„There are moments in life and on stage when everything is perfect. All the details such as awareness, power, balance, timing, rhythm, emotion, thought, sensation appear in the right proportions, our action is easy, effective and attractive for ourselves and for the people watching us - magic moments. The Feldenkrais Method offers a good environment for learning to create this "state of grace" consciously. You learn to distinguish between meaningful, efficient doing and futile, superfluous struggling wasting yourself. You experience that each movement is determined by an intention. You sense that each movement starts with a gentle motion and is carried by this motion throughout the entire period of the execution. The more subtle and tuned this motion is, the more efficient the execution of the movement is, which for itself is an element of the meaningful and intended action.
The classes offer clear strategies and differentiated movement themes improving your organization and integrating new elements.“
