Modern Technique
Dynamic & Rhythmic Versatility
This class will focus on grounding and releasing the body in order to move efficiently and expansively with full awareness. Beginning on the floor with a series of exercises and then gradually moving through space with a larger dance phrase, the dancers will be allowed to investigate their own alignment and habitual movement patterns as well as training themselves to move with dynamic and rhythmic versatility.
