* If a parent is participating in the Workshops, there is no Registration Fee for the child
** Class duration of 150 minutes or longer (Intensive 1, 2 and 3 excluded)
Price reductions:
1) Professionals to us are only active professional dancers/choreographers and some dance students.
2) Reduction for dance enthusiasts of advanced age for all FirstSteps Workshops.
3) For teenagers (birthyear 1990 or younger)!
4) This reduction only applies for kids Workshops which are indicated by an age limit.

EUR 110,- for each further Workshop you book
Extra long Workshops

The Workshop of Maud Paulissen-Kaspar/Fabiana Pastorini Tanz ohne Behinderung o is free of charge, except for the Registration Fee. Registration for this Workshop is subject to an equal balance between participants with and without disabilities.
Example 1
You book a Workshop in Week1 and one in Intensive1. You pay:
Registration Fee EUR 30,-
1. Workshop Fee: EUR 130,-
2. Workshop Fee: EUR 110,-
Total Fee: EUR 270.-
Example 2
You book two Workshops in Week1 (one of the two is Tanz ohne Behinderung o) and two Workshops in Week2 (one is an extra long class). You pay:
Registration Fee EUR 30,-
1. Workshop Fee: EUR 130,-
2. Workshop Fee: EUR 0,-(Danceability o)
3. Workshop Fee: EUR 110,-
4. Workshop Fee:: EUR 135,- (extra long class)
Total Fee: EUR 405.-
Special Youth Fee
The Youth Fee counts for all teenagers up to 16 years of age (birth year 1990 or younger).
Registration Fee EUR 30,-
(The one time Registration Fee is due together with the reservation.)
The Youth Fee counts for all Workshops and is
EUR 80,- for your first Workshop
EUR 65,- for each further Workshop you book
Extra long Workshops:
EUR 95,- for your first Workshop
EUR 80,- for each further Workshop you book

Reduced Fees for Kids
Registration Fee EUR 30,-
(The one time Registration Fee is due together with the reservation.)
Kids Workshops are EUR 45,- for each Workshop.
If parents participate in the Workshops as well, there is no Registration Fee for the kid.
Kids Workshops are indicated by an age limit.
Single classes (drop in)
Can be booked the same day, if there are vacancies. Please ask the Workshop Office for prices and availabilities.
Reduced Fees for professional participants
Professional status is awarded to active professional dancers/choreographers and dance students attending an acknowledged full time dance school (in the last two years of a 4 year program and the last year of a three year program). To be accepted as a professional, we ask you to bring material that documents clearly your professional status (engagement contracts, certificates etc.) that is not older than two years. Please present these documents when you pick up your Workshop Pass.
The registration based on professional Fees is unbinding. If a participant is not accepted as professional dancer, s/he can participate paying the regular Fees or will be refunded the (professional) Fee.

How to register
The reservation is done in 4 easy steps.
1) You do your reservation
Online-Reservation
You may reserve all Workshops online.
Reservation by letter or fax
Please send a letter to our festival Office: ImPulsTanz - Museumstraße 5/21 - 1070 Wien - Austria) or fax your registration to: +43-1-523 16 839.
Please state clearly your name, address, phone number, the teacher´s name(s), Workshop titel and level. Below you will find our bank address to pay the Registration Fee and Workshop Fee.
Personal reservation at our Workshop Office
At our Workshop Office you can get advice and reserve Workshop.
Reservations via email are not possible.

2) Confirmation of your reservation
You will receive an automatic email confirmation of your reservation to the email adress used during the reservation process.
We can not confirm letter and fax reservations, but we will contact you in case of problems.
3) Payment of the Registration Fee

Payments after July 7th are to be made directly at the Workshop Office or via online credit card payment to guarantee the Workshop reservation. Regarding all further Weeks/Intensives, payment deadlines shift back a week or more accordingly.

Please remember that the reservation will be considered only upon receipt of the Registration Fee.
4) Booking and confirmation of your reservation
As soon as we receive your Registration Fee (or total Fee), we will book the Workshops you reserved. After that you will receive a confirmation email.
Fax and letter registrations will be answered only in case of a difficulty.
Should we, however, receive registrations for Workshops that are already booked out, we will offer you alternatives and refund the entire amount, should the alternative not appeal to you.
Please do not forget that the reservation, no matter which way you do it, is binding and commits you to pay the Workshop Fee!

You can pay your Workshop Fee either through a money transaction or peronally in our Workshop Office. Then you can pick up your Workshop Pass at the Workshop Office, also before the opening day! We especially ask the vienese participants to do so - thank you!

For discounted Workshop Fees we ask you kindly to bring material showing your professional status or age.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations from your side can only be accepted up to 7 days before the Workshop starts, if you cancel later the Workshop Fee can not be refunded. The Registration Fee will not be refunded in any case resp. will be demanded as a cancellation fee.
With the payment of the registration Fee we reserve your chosen Workshops, this is then binding and commits you to the payment of the Workshop Fee. Refunds are at the discretion of the management and are only granted in well-founded cases.
