"The Quiet Dance"

After the success of "Both Sitting Duet" choreographer Jonathan Burrows and composer Matteo Fargion set off together for foreign shores with "The Quiet Dance." Their shared passion for rhythm and for a quiet form of communication with the audience produces a surprisingly simple, exactly conceived piece here too. This time slapstick-like elements provide a relaxed atmosphere when the dancer tempts the musician into dancing. Burrows and Fargion say: "'The Quiet Dance' is just what it is."
