the flat is very near to the Arsenal (flat is 1 minute from U1 Taubstummengasse - that means 1 stop with the underground and 1 stop with the tram to Arsenal)
We have a big terrace (20m2) with even a barbecue place on the roof. We are 4 Students (2 f/ 2 m) between 23 and 28 years old.
Of course there is an internet connection, a kitchen, a bathroom, toilet, dishwasher, washing machine... also for your use.
The room is free starting with the 10th of July till the end of August. If interested, you can also rent it longer than that.
