I'm offering my apartment in the 20th district of Vienna, very close (3/5minutes) to the metro station U6(Jägerstr.) and U4( Friedensbrücke, from there just 2 stations to Schottenring). Also next to supermarkets as Billa, Spar, the Hanovermarket and everything you need for daily life. It takes you also 5 minutes to Augarten and 3 minutes to the Donaukanal.

i will be travelling and working during the summer, so i would like to give my really nice room to person who needs it and takes care of it.
one-month-stays are welcome too!
the room is about 20 m2, and very high (altbau), during the year we are 5 people living together, but in summer it will be much calmer. (i guess 1-2 persons will be here)

I´m looking for a nice caring dancer/teacher or couple to rent my 2 room studio/apartment (45meter²) for the Impulztanz period (12th July till 12th August).

It is very centrally situated in the 6th district around the corner from the Maria-Hilfer Strasse where there are many shops and restaurants.
This area is popular and lively; however the flat is in a quiet street and is very peaceful and light. It is on the top floor.
It is within walking distance of the Museum Quarter and the 7th district which has many bars and night life. The Naschmarkt is a also walk away and there are many busses, trams and trains very nearby.
Rent: 750€ a month inc. all utilities and wireless internet. There will be a deposit of one month´s rent. For periods of less than a month there will a charge of 250€ a week.
